Training

In order to take a training course in business in analysis, you have the following options:

  • Take the course with a training company. Some of them are officially recognized by IIBA as EPP (Educational Endorsed Provider). You are not obliged to choose an EEP, however, if you do, you are guaranteed a quality and a certain achievement of 35 hours minimum to pass certification (except for the ECBA which has lighter prerequisites, see IIBA .org for more details). Consult the official list of EEPs on IIBA.org.
  • Follow the training with an academic supervision in a Swiss high school: CAS in business analysis of the High School of Management of Geneva or DAS in business analysis of the High School of Engineering FHNW. These are the most important trainings in term of number of hours as well as the price. For more information, please contact them directly.
  • Follow the study group organized by IIBA Geneva. It is a collaborative study of the BABOK reference book. The sessions are also supervised by certified IIBA who intervene punctually in support. It is not a professional training but it allows you to get 35 hours at a low cost.
