Founded in 1993, the SMP is an independent non-profit association whose activity is centered on project management. It is aimed at all those who are interested in the world of the project. It has several hundred members, both companies and private individuals, all professionals in project management, active in the world of industry, economy, services, administration, universities and public and private training institutes. SMP is, in the French-speaking Switzerland, the main professional exchange platform for project management. It is resolutely open to the various references and methods that contribute to the development of the professions related to project management.
 

Since 2013, the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Genève (HEG) is offering a unique degree program in International Business Management. This program, entirely taught in English, covers the fundamental business management topics, with an international and intercultural emphasis. The final year elective courses tackle more specific areas of international business that are of particular relevance to the Geneva professional environment. The Business Decision Support concentration, offered in the last year of this Bachelor program, covers various analysis and management methods such as Business Analysis, Design Thinking and Agility. Students acquire tools and apply them in a real-life project in a partner organization. They also prepare for the ECBA exam given by IIBA.
