Level 1

• No hours
• No experience
• Exam-based certification

• 3,000 to 4,500 hours experience
• 2 to 3 years experience
• Exam-based
• Currently the IIBA CCBA certification

Level 3

• 7,500 to 10,500 hours experience
• 5 plus years experience
• Exam-based
• Currently the IIBA CBAP certification

Level 4

• Senior strategic BA professionals
• Minimum 15,000 hours
