Claude is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the Chapter and is ensuring that the board contributes collectively to the achievement of this strategy and to the sustainability of the Chapter

Mihnea is in charge of the secretariat as well as the communication. He is also the guarantor of all the technologies used in the association, in particular the operation of the websites.

Committee member : Benoîte Bargeton (PhD, PMP®


  • Benoîte leads networking events initiative, BA-o-BAR in Lausanne.
  • She is also responsible for organizing the Study Group, enabling members to enhance their skills in the BABOK and share their experiences as Business Analysts.
  • From october 2022 to end of 2023, she was as well in charge of organizing and moderating chapter events.

Treasurer : Oliver Wagner (CBAP, CSP, OCEB2)


Oliver manages the association's finances and is one of the main organizers of the annual conference, supporting the Study Groups by hosting evening events and sharing his experience. He also runs the "BAck to the roots" workshops - a series dedicated to the activities, techniques and best practices at the heart of the Business Analysis profession.

We welcome all volunteers who would like to join our committee in the following ways:

  • Organize a workshop
  • Organize an event
  • Transfer knowledge as facilitators of the Study Group (IIBA certification needed)
  • Any other idea is also welcome

 
As a volunteer, in exchange for your commitment, IIBA Geneva offers support through mentoring program
If you are IIBA® CBPA or IIBA® CCBA, certified, participation as a volunteer allows you to earn CDU points that are needed to extend the duration of your certification (more details on this page).
